Breaking News: New York City will revive its once-abandoned plan for the U.S.'s first congestion-pricing program, but at a reduced rate of a $9 toll for most vehicles to enter Midtown and Lower Manhattan, according to five people familiar with the matter.

Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to announce the revised program on Thursday after having put the original $15 toll on hold.

It seems it is once again cool to evacuate to here... I have no objection either way.

EMD apparently spent years and did many concepts mulling over what the successor to the F40PH would look like, eventually they cobbled together the F69PHAC and F40PHM-2.
