The one commercial VPN I trust is Mullvad.

After all of the infosec chatter about how you probably don't need a VPN, age verification has made PornHub block access in most Southern states and TikTok's about to block US IPs. We are entering a new age of internet censorship and you might need a non-shady VPN.

So I recently got a new monitor, wanted to set up PiP and to do that, i need to connect it to wifi, agree to a number of new TOS, and apparently do a software update 🫠. I hope after all this PiP works without the _monitor_ needing an internet connection.
