The Big Lebowski is a perfect movie. The first time I saw it was a summer night on cable at like 4 am, and now the denouement always gives me that slightly melancholic vibe of sunrise after an all-nighter. It was followed by “Home Grown” (why do I remember this?) which is not a perfect movie.

It could be more perfect (kind of meh on "Cool It Down" and "Lonesome Cowboy Bill"), but VU's "Loaded" is a perfect walking around album.
