1) Do this Piriformis stretch for both legs, and get a friend to press in with their palms from the outer hips where the femurs connect.
2) brace your leg by putting it along a wall via a crouch (use a wall corner to do so, your inner thigh should be against the wall) and turn your body in and out.

So, right after stream ended last night, I moved my mic arm, and found out that something bad's been happening to it for A While Now. Thankfully, a replacement isn't stupid expensive, I'll just need to figure out a better way to set it up this time
