Thank y’all, amazing that a smaller team can do more than the corporate giants

A big part of that blame falls on entry level programming courses taken by engineering majors. When I took my first one, I was told to comment *everything*.

Take yours off the console yourself and just spray paint them, saves money

I definitely wish we had less American tracks, and I’m an American fan. They especially need to fix the schedule- the US tracks should be front loaded to avoid the heat and the monsoon season in Brazil.

I mean, I have to think they don’t care simply because they’re about to get the WDC money boost

They literally took a circular saw to it, and it does seem to be messing with the aero balance and overall performance. Idk how it’ll fair in the race.

Can definitely see Sainz or Leclerc too, but yeah I’d wager George. Can he keep it is the question, Merc had really nasty graining on the long medium runs in FP1 and 2.

The Mercs have impeccable pace right now, can’t count out Max, and McLaren and Haas are definitely sandbagging their performance a bit. If I was a gambling man I’d reckon Russell.

I swear I am a jinx man, awful luck for Franco and Williams. But I definitely am biased for more young drivers as well

I don’t disagree at all, and situations can change quickly. Andretti looked very unlikely for next year and then GM strong armed FOM, so I have to imagine if Colapinto’s sponsors are willing to pony up, we’ll see him there next year.

I am referring to that, yes. Checo is definitely not performing okay anymore, but I have to imagine RBR is okay taking the financial hit to help with the car development next year and even in 26.

Ultimately I think the wind tunnel time and the ability to invest in their wind tunnel (oldest in the sport) will be what they’re leveraging, especially with needing to test the new engines soon.

Sponsorship money, mostly. Checo’s sponsors offset the cost of his contract and any damage he occurs and he prints money in the Americas

Haas is a great shout! They’re the plucky American underdogs who have arguably the least amount of funding in the sport but are now on the come up thanks to a technical partnership with Toyota

I believe it’s been said quite a few times that if the fuels hit 100% sustainability they’re open to ditching the hybrids and bringing back the V8s or V10s. Much more in favor of the V10 for the even smaller car, but I’d also love for those 2000s era front wings to be back

Same, was awesome melting the brains of a massive group of enemies from like 3 miles away
