-30 to 60min workout everyday. Been doing it since the start of the year.
-120 jumping jacks total. 3 sets of 40
-In between each 40. I lift my 20lbs dumbells at least 10 times.
-After that, I lay on my back to do 3 sets of 40 cross body crunch.
-repeat step 3 as well.
