On New Year’s Day I woke up sick (not hungover lol), took some meds and slept off and on for 35 hours. My body was just done.

I’m about your age and sleep maybe 5 hours a night, split into 2-3 sessions. Sometimes it’s shoulder pain (the shoulder will have to be replaced at some point) and sometimes it’s pain somewhere else. Sometimes it’s nothing I can name but maybe stress. Every couple of weeks or so I’ll get 8 hours.
