I see the Onion has been a fortune teller for.decades. I'm not a fan of either Leon or MT "space lasers" G, but less targeted political animosity in the world would be great.

From what I recall of the mod 2010s, mortgages had a median life span of 7 years before they were paid off by the mortgage holder moving or paying off otherwise.

Yes it falls under the AI umbrella as all ML does. It's not equivalent to the term highlighting LLM integrated processes/development used today in marketing, but rarely have marketing buzzwords been more than superficially descriptive.
