How far ahead in your pipeline are you typically in terms of booking ahead/recording ahead of release? Are you usually booked out several months in advance with a rolling schedyle?

I've done some extensive inking on bristol, and I always get that scratchy texture feeling. I think it's the nature of the paper interacting with the tines.
