This track is called "Motel Mambo"! Victory Heat Rally is an awesome game! Mechanically speaking, the controls felt really good, and it was super satisfying to pull off tight maneuvers at high speeds! The graphics were cool, and the vibe was chill as well, it was a fun and challenging arcade racer!
