It's very much a management consultant theme too - the last place I worked had McKinsey in a few years ago, and their big solution was digital tech and the internet. Saved them from having to understand the business or come up with any proper ideas.

I wonder if the figures quoted by age range are really a good comparison - there are certainly gen z clinical staff at the start of their career, but the non-clinical staff tend to be older
