At an inflection point. (That's the kind of bullshit that goes here right?)
Is there an agreement with Cervera to not charge her for impeding? Or does she just think her oath didn't include the 10th amendment?

If you let it devolve into a QVC or Home Shopping Network show the way they do with the morning shows, they're probably going to hire you.

Very serious command and control occurring in the field for the secret missions that we've been told are vital to our interests.

He loves the vaudevillian borscht belt stuff but never got to the part where he gets popped in the face by a mobster thug for running his mouth in the night club and developing any amount of humility.

Even if they collided, the gov would claim it was brought down by anti aircraft fire.

The alternative would be that they really needed to avoid detection by having their xponder off and just have the worst radar and satellite coverage in forward areas they already control.

He can't even produce the prior deportation finding and order against this guy from within Homeland Security.
Every time he walks into court now he's found "not credible"

Even as moral abominations go, he's a dumbass. I'm shocked he didn't try to throw a gas canister at the camera.

Don't spend too much time on that calculation because your landlord will bleed it off you whatever the break even comes to.

That the feds don't trust a state motor vehicle department to accept a birth certificate for a real ID seems like a pretty big deal.

States should figure out what they won't accept from the feds, like say, badges.

This was inevitable today after reading the replies you had earlier from people who feel very strongly about DUIs and traffic camera tech but have no idea who you are or what you've done.

It was a school of confident goldfish.

The ease with which people assume that cameras will not eventually be used against them by undisciplined agents is astonishing after the events of the last 11 months.
December 12, 2025 at 9:25 PM
There is no willingness to discipline people given tremendous power to execute on what's being discussed here, and the voters unwillingness to punish these people is squarely responsible for any additional deaths due to inadequate access to tech.

I'm in the exact same boat. Fusion centers, data brokering, Flock camera contracts that no public entity should ever accept. 4th and 10th amendment injuries abound.
I'm struck by the speed at which everyone is suddenly fine with the conduct of local, state and federal law enforcement.

With so many pages of detailed orders that the judge has had to bring forward without the government producing the 2019 deportation order, it seems to me that the judge should be well within her rights to deport nearly all of the government actors in this case.

Watching the DA contort in court filings, max out deadlines, and shirk victims here shows what's possible for anyone credibly accused. The people of Alameda County should have a well-regulated law enforcement apparatus and its government demonstrates over and over how far away that is from reality.

It's moments like this that remind me of Chris Rock's bit in Tambourine about how black folk are just looking for the same amount of presumed innocence and deference that rich white folks get. Like this deference should really be like a price that everyone can get when they go shopping.
