The City Council meeting has concluded. Citizens and board members expressed concerns with the excess parking that would be added by the Minor Site Plan, which would add over 20 parking spots to the Tri-County Head Start building.

The next meeting was rescheduled, from May 26th to May 19th.

Lily Oswald presented the Minor Site plan, which proposes developments to meet an increase in parking demands. Blake Fredrickson expressed concerns that parking demands are already met, and would thus be overshot by the development.

Lily Oswald presented the Thompson Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plan, which would repurpose 688 Animas View Drive into a single duplex apartment and a single family home with a shared driveway.

The motion passed unanimously. The existing structure on site will be demolished.
