I don’t normally reply to these, but these emails are utterly tone deaf. We know it’s dire! I’m a gay military retiree currently selling everything and leaving my family to flee the US as fast as possible. Please give us an actionable plan. The courts are not fast enough. They are running circles around established systems and strongly worded messages don’t help. There are even democrats voting for the worst appointees, or failing to show up to vote. It’s a disaster of apparent non response. This situation is costing me everything, after serving the country for 21 years. I don’t need to be asked for another 5 random bucks, or to sign a petition from a blue state. This email campaign tactic is a running joke on the internet at this point. Our democratic officials should be sleeping in their damn offices ready to respond. Filibustering. Taking bold tactics to defend our basic institutions and security as a nation. If anyone reads this, do better!!
