When my sister knew she was dying she called me because she was prepping her obituary and asked how she should list me in it Not to be nasty but I feel it was her way of saying we were still sisters in spite of it all.

That is so tough. My sister and I didn’t speak for probably close to 20 years but we did reconcile about 15 years ago. We weren’t close but we had a relationship and I’m grateful for that.

At my sisters funeral, people were talking about her and saying such lovely things about her and it broke my heart because I didn’t know that person.

I saw that on FB. You probably didn’t know this but my sister died from alcohol related cirrhosis, so I understand completely. 💔🥲
