I finished it yesterday and it was such a satisfying ending!! I really felt like 9 was kinda a stumble backwards so this was so refreshing 🥰

I mean, I know you from Youtube but I don't generally follow people from Youtube, if that counts? After seeing your tweets I had the thought of 'wow, someone I can vibe with the thoughts of', so even if I hadn't seen your videos prior I still would've given you a follow.

Yep, that's a big thing I've noticed too. The more you conform to your gender and look the part, and get good at looking the part, the less people believe anything bad has ever happened to you. Unfortunately that usually means having to confront the mental trauma and self-esteem issues alone. Sucks.

Kids are brutal, and I don't know how old you are but boy I lived through the 90's in school and it was NOT a fun welcoming place to be. I was personally very lucky I was a band kid and that most stuff went over my head, because some of what was attempted on me I didn't even recognize

I work at a secondhand shop, the amount of PS3s we get traded in on a constant basis is ridiculous. We have plenty of PS3s. Want an OG? A slim? the super slim? We got it. Only thing that's hard to find is a backwards compatible one... but PS2s aren't hard to come by either so whatever, you know?

After not being able to get through more than a few episodes of any reiwa riders, this is such a breath of fresh air. I haven't fully gotten into one since Gaim. I'm really looking forward to seeing where this season goes!

I feel like that was a big time for island aesthetic everything too, not just games. It's like everywhere you went you'd see island art in doctors offices or t-shirts with palm trees on them. It really is pretty nostalgic now.

I love the plush that look handmade so much! I got my husband a chocobo from that line and he got me a Kirby a bit after that. That moogle is so cute too!!

I feel like achievement hunting has gotten the same way too, because then it's all about finding every single thing so you can get all the achievements and less about the fun of the game itself. The grind gets old and games felt more fun before achievements. It's one of the reasons I like the switch

I feel you so much, I'm waiting on Ys X and I know damn well I won't get it until days if not a week or so after release. It happened with 9 and 8 with the CEs directly from Nisa. Punished for spending the money on physical again.

Not to mention there were plenty of bad games back then too! It's not like it's a new concept, it's just that there are a lot more people developing games now so you see so much more. But that's also what makes it fun! We have so many more genres and sub genres that we didn't have then!
