Again, not a class, but something that helped me a lot was when I was experimenting with dip pens. They have multiple different nibs, and I just practiced different fonts with different tips. It actually improved my everyday writing at the same time!

Honestly the same is true for dragonfruit. I'm guessing it's lower on your list because you had an unripe one at some point, and they're extremely bland then too. I've only ever had properly ripe dragonfruit a couple of times, and it was to die for.

If you manage to find starfruit, don't make the mistake I did the first time I tried them. Wait until they're fully yellow-orange before eating. They will ripen on the counter, so if they're still a little green when you get them, it's okay. When ripe, they're DIVINE. When not, they're bland.

I think it's just a general trend in people's behavior. My favorite burrito place here seems to be about 90% take-out, except for certain times of day. If I'm in there in midafternoon or later evening, I'll see 5-6 doordash orders go out, but I'll be the only one sitting inside and eating.
