Why don’t Iceberg or Delta Lake have secondary indexes?

So cool, and great pictures. Visiting the (old) Niederfinow boat lift is a dear memory from my childhood. Still on my agenda to see the new one. There's one near Hamburg too (Scharnebeck), if you ever are in the area.

Ha, yeah, very nice view from up there (didn't wanna lose a second though, so I only took only crappy pictures, haha). We don't have a lot of mountains here, so it actually was quite a challenge to get in a bit of elevation gain while preparing for this one.

🏃 Tired but happy after finishing my longest race (12.3 km) so far, the Köhlbrandbrückenlauf. One of the few occasions throughout the year where you can cross the bridge over Hamburg's port without sitting in a car. What an amazing event!

Nice one! Was about to point you to github.com/moditect/oss..., but then I saw you mention it in the README :) Which reminds me that I should update this one with new plug-in versions, etc. Will take a look at yours too to see what's different.

:) To be fair, they discuss security briefly in the paper. Not sure though what to think about a central repository of decoders if the goal is to make documents self-descriptive.
