Absolutely no excuses today. Good performance needed. That said, I’m optimistic - we usually do well when Arteta has had time to prepare.

Had 7 hours and quite a few beers to reflect on the game. We were beaten by the better team and that’s a worry. Squad not as good we think they are but that’s OK - we’re still the best team IMO we just need to play like it.

Feels like the squad is being really tested atm. As much as I want to moan about the performance level, just need to accept that given the schedule, we just need to get through until Wolves next week until we get a midweek off. The Villa game feels very big.

That tops it. The perfect set of Premier League results. An all timer. City lost. Liverpool humiliated at home. United embarrassed by 10 man Everton and of course, Arsenal beating Spurs with the player we stole off them getting a hattrick 🤌

What a squad we have. Did what we had to do against a medicore Spurs. Wednesday is the two best teams in Europe going up against each other - we will see our level then.

Think you just have to knock that off as one of those games where almost everything went against us. Lack a bit of maturity at the end but to get to where we have with the injuries is nothing short of excellent.

Another game where the VAR convinced a ref their original 50/50 decision was wrong. Only seems to happen against Arsenal. Quite amazed how they make VAR even less understood every season.

I have no idea how Fulham have this unique ability to stop us playing. God I hate playing them. Huge 3 points - hopefully some better attacking performances to come.
