At the point beasts infected make contact with the storm they fungus growing out of their skin burst into crystals which strike a high price. But even as this makes the end of the fungus’s life cycle the host becomes even more dangerous in it’s death throws against it’s mechanized hunters

I’ve never felt so free like the mech painter in Armoured Core. So many games make you pay for colours, skins and decals but AC just lets you make them if they don't have it
