#NHS on @BBCpm ten year plan changes where the care takes place, but continues to emphasise a disease based model, where only a person based paradigm will really change the healthcare culture

Just joined from the ‘other place’, where I was @gurudoc, hoping for a site that is less full of hate, and has more room for constructive comment and mutual support. My thoughts come from years of weird and wonderful experiences, a curiosity and an optimism for life.
