I'm realizing now that my mistake was thinking that the files will implicate the President as a client. Obviously the files show him to be a proper business partner and leader in the enterprise.

Well, I'm sure turning the 10th amendment on its head is the next step in reimagining how the Constitution works. Unitary, supreme executive, and no other government.
