It's the other way around; Putin is alive as long as he doesn't give up.

It's not just under Trump. This evil idiot was not just elected, he was RE-ELECTED!
In many countries, electing an evil idiot is only a temporary problem, but in the US that evil idiot gets way too much power.
Without a thorough remake of the political system, the US will never be trusted again.

Sure, I'm not trying to convert anybody.

I understand this is supposed to be a joke. But spend just a minute to think about what would happen if anybody outside the US tries to "do anything about it".

For things that need to be overridden in tests, make them parameters with default values (for production).

I just started my first big CMP project so I'm still figuring out how to combine this with expect/actual but that doesn't seem to be a big issue. It seems rather orthogonal to injection.

I usually start with a single method but usually opportunities appear to group stuff into smaller methods.

main() simply calls this method. Tests call the method with overridden parameters.

When you feel you need to pass too many instances down, maybe you can pass down a provider instead.

I mean the latter.

How is it hard? Create some objects, pass them to others.

It's trivial code, easy to debug, easy to understand.

Just use constructors as intended. No need for any library.
The fact that you feel you need to demystify is telling 😀

Not surprising; compose and kotlin actually make sense.

The absurdity of this administration is truly mind boggling!

You don't wonder what he had to give to Qatar to receive this? You're gonna pay a lot more for that than for the maintenance of his new toy.

It's just awesome that there is a unit of measurement equal to 10πcm!

Your president is being bribed and your problem is that taxpayer money is being used?
May 13, 2025 at 9:41 AM
I suspect that he might not even know that he is lying. Most of what he says makes no sense. Sometimes it makes sense but it is almost always false. And in the very rare occasions that it makes sense and is true, he'll forget and contradict it soon enough.

You're not sorry and you can hear. You're just too stupid to understand.

There is no bias against US tech firms in Europe. We just don't trust them anymore.

This application gives the CCP direct access to the brain stems of millions of voters. The fact that Trump wants to keep it active shows that he is their favorite.

Not true. The US system gives way too much power to one person and one party. Until that is fixed, the US is not a reliable (business) partner.

I really don't understand that anybody would pay for this stuff. Just go and generate a 100 more like it if you enjoy it.

I fully agree that these generated pictures aren't "art". But then there is a lot of painted or drawn pictures that don't qualify either.
Also, I have never met an artist that didn't see a lot of art before creating some. Is that "mass theft" as well?

I've had a NeXT cube sinds 1992 and sold it to a museum two years ago :-)
