Yup, I’ve always thought of it this way—
Alcoholics— genuinely aren’t “present” when sauced & thus their issue is they don’t even remember experiencing their night
Stoners— they are “present” n the moment & cognizant yet their issue is simply overall recall of said experienced moments @ later time
