Idk if this counts, but I recently found out about a track from the Doshin the Giant OST being used as background music for the anime Genshiken during my recent viewing. A mix of useless music, gaming, and anime trivia.

I remember La Mulana being one of those Metroidvanias people would rave about, but opinions were also polarizing for how hard it was. I thought I would get stuck like I did many years ago when I was younger, but honestly I think I was just dumb as hell. Either way, a very engaging game.

I've been using the N64 Hori controller & I've become more fond of it despite mixed 1st impressions.
An oversight that both this & many imitation controllers seem to overlook is that a majority of the N64 library had people use the Z button more than the L button. They should've been swapped imo.

Playing via Summer Cart 64, despite not having an English translation for this particular release, the game is pretty intuitive in explaining the premise without JP knowledge, however there is a Game Cube port that was released in the EU, although I've heard the game is slightly different.

I'm really lazy that a PS2 my cousin found in a trash can was given to me for repairs, but after months of sitting on it, I decided to clean it and plug it in and it works without issues whatsoever. Why anyone threw this out is beyond me.

Honestly I still don't know if this was the answer, but I just did a pretty long session with no issues whatsoever so here's hoping I finally figured this thing out because I'm ngl, this is my childhood n64 and I'm not ready to let go...

All the talk about the Analogue 3D got me in the mood to boot up my N64 & an issue I've been trying to solve for years was random resets. Deep cleans did nothing, stabilizing & repairing the AC wasn't the answer either, but I think bending the pins finally resolved the issue.

Me buying PC parts vs Me plugging anything into PCIE slots. (It's not difficult but everything in my current build is cramped so it feels more difficult than necessary and I want to kill myself whenever I need to do anything with my PC)

I'll admit, I was still under the assumption from the original interviews with Oshii that it was is loss of faith is why he made Angel's Egg, but that was a misinterpretation.
The screening I went to was very nice, good seats and Dolby audio, the scenes that were loud were still very fucking loud.

No matter the site, I feel if I ever mention certain keywords or God forbid follow artists that make spicy content, I always have a small influx of follows that I suspect are at least 2-3 are bots.
