‼️ A hair analysis has confirmed that no traces of drug use were found in the body of prisoner of conscience Nika Katsia, who is accused by Ivanishvili’s prosecution of possession of narcotic substances. Katsia maintains that the regime planted the drugs on him.

Both asked the judge to deliver an objective ruling. Both are innocent.
But Ivanishvili’s Judge Nino Galustashvili sentenced them to 4 years and 6 months in prison.

🚨The Prosecutor’s Office admitted that prisoner of conscience, Saba Skhvitaridze did not know Mirian Kavtaradze was a police officer. The charge of attacking a police officer has been dropped entirely.

According to Radio Liberty’s live blog, the prosecutor has reclassified the charge against Saba.
