I didn’t either. I was in a mall with 100s of people. We definitely felt the shaking but there were no alarms.

I distrust what is meant by “institutionalize”. There is a woeful lack of mental health care facilities, and involuntary care ends up being a punishment. Police and government aren’t qualified to administer what needs to be compassionate mental health care.
