Yes. The Holocaust was a specific event. Its not the Holocaust. But DHS is certainly stealing some ideas from the Holocaust. Comparisons to past atrocities are important in properly identifying new atrocities, I think. ICE is committing genocide.

I think youre making a mistake taking his word he wants their support. The stated goals of ICE are 100 million deported. That means, mathematically, a white country. We gotta accept that this is what is happening.

Im not a genocide expert. But I do agree with the Lemkin group's assessment we are in the early days of a genocide. Thats clearly the intent of ICE procedures. I dont think there is a magic number that we can pass that makes it okay to call it a genocide. They want BIPOC people gone.
