Will add that ICE told a judge earlier this month the number of people at 26 Fed was down to 8, (public data goes through end of July) and we've seen a real slow down in the number of ICE arrests inside immigration courts in recent weeks, indicating they're likely still restricting capacity.

ICE has told Judge Lewis Kaplan if the ruling remains in place they can only keep 22 people inside the 10th floor lock up at once.....
