But they both taught me how to evolve.
Today, I train with heart, science, and strategy — in and out of the game.

But my other path started long before that.
At 4 years old, my cousin handed me a Game Boy with Pokémon on it.
I was hooked.
Pokémon became my way to connect, escape, and grow.

After heart surgery and cardiac rehab, fitness gave me my life back.
I fell in love with movement, progress, and rebuilding.
So I pursued Exercise Science.
Became ACSM certified.
Turned pain into purpose.
