Strangely enough it seems like a surprisingly good time for the queer community, especially in Germany for a time. That is something I'd really like to bring back, along with art deco, Bob haircuts, and men wearing suits on a regular basis. Oh also the cars. The cars were sexy as hell.

I wish they had screwed up BEFORE we put hours of work into making their badges and I could have just ignored their existence like I try to do with all blatantly racist groups.

It hasn't toured in the US since 2003, according to Wikipedia. Mind COMPLETELY blown, I had no idea the show was that successful in Europe. I'm honestly not even sure what that says about Europeans though. 🤣

It sounds like an absolute fever dream, but it was real. I don't know if it ever went on tour or if it's ever been staged since it's first run. But I cannot think of a more 2020s level of batshittery than anthropomorphic singing trains on roller skates.

I hate spending a lot of money on things and having them turn out mediocre. That was a lot of money for me, and I feel guilty for spending it on something that didn't deserve it.
