I find a minimal chant is effective, good for counting reps and saying mentally in certain situations. I use 'Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō'

With the standard mode, multiple lives handle this, & possible to avoid by playing slow
Enemies are procedural here for rares+ and can often warp, so can't learn most enemies.
A one turn 'introduction' stopping gameplay+show risks of enemy would solve this
