Reading all the book and library posts brings back good memories. I spent my summers as a child participating in summer reading programs at a public library. In college I worked the front desk at Samford to pay the bills. Also read The NYT & WSJ daily. Paved the road to my version of success.

Attending Alabama football game today. All the Bama fans united, no D’s or R’s. My wife said, why can’t we all unite around “Team Humanity”like his? Hmmm

Visiting the University of Alabama with my daughter. I have 6 kids, 5 have college degrees, UA is her top school. She knows her opportunity is unlimited. So many kids at UA, from all over the world. America never stopped being great. You just have to step through the door and make your path.
