The only way to combat what is going on is to have a similar organization to Grover Norquist's American for Tax Reform and make candidates sign a pledge to reform the citizens' united judgment of money is speech. What pols are doing now is cutting taxes and then getting some of it back in donations

Nothing, other than frustration personally. Everything politically. That is why TACO is president. The right exploits everything. The left exploits nothing. They play nice in the sandbox when some kids need to get hit over the head with a bucket and shovel.

I understand the assumption of why he was let out. That is my assumption also. I don't get the silence from everyone. Nobody seems to be outraged by this. I don't get it.

Help me understand the silence of everyone (the left, the right, the law, and order people) on the clemency of Larry Hoover, a murderous gang banger. I guess "woke" policy decisions are the mainstream now but can only be discussed to bludgeon democrats.

She will be the leader of the next populist movement. She has to continue with what she is saying and doing. Tweak that message to the family farmers, tradesmen, and small business owners. They need an even playing field with big Ag and big business and right to organize.

Joe, now that DJT is threatening Illinois with withholding money appropriated for Illinois. If our GOP reps will not fight for us. That is taxation without representation. Every Illinoisian pol/person should be united in withholding their Tax money since it is being stolen by the President.

Driving through OH today. While scrolling the radio, a DJ said. We should be company men. People are complaining about the Stock Market. "If the employees don't follow the vision of the company president the company will not succeed." FFS what is going on in OH.

All of the folding to DJT brings one conclusion to my mind. We let corporations, business, and news organizations get to big. They have all chosen money over democracy. The American people should remember who folded and chose money over our freedom and punish them accordingly, in the pocketbook.

The new code words. "Run like a business". Government entities are supposed to be public services that add value to the common man. They are not profit making entities designed only to provide services that turn a profit.

Joe, yes, most are reachable. A good portion of MAGA "were" working-class people tired of supporting the system without a return for their fellow man. What's happening isn't what they wanted. The unreachable are the hateful who lack empathy, who see the cuts as a way to better themselves.

The fentanyl excuse isn't about stopping the drug trade. It's about stopping fentanyl laced cocaine. The wealthy and (DTJr) need to get their fix without worrying they might have tainted drugs. Regular Americans again will be forced to subsidize the wealthy.
