At some point you must consider that it's not ineptitude and arrogance but a plan to bring Farage to power. The example of the American Democrats shifting to the right as they spectacularly sabotaged their chance to win the last election can't be lost upon Labour, it has to be their strategy.

It is not amusing but it seems very comical to observe Labour careening obliviously down the same road the American Democrats traveled when they lost an election to fascism.

We're not doing that. The Republican's are, aided and abetted by the Democrats, who talk a lot but do very little to stop it. Why? It's essentially the same party, vanilla and strawberry flavors to give the appearance of two.

While venting anger at Republicans who are, obviously, concocting this deal and others, divert half of that against Democrats who are allowing this and every other atrocity to take place while talking loudly but doing nothing substantial to prevent it. Can you last till 2028? Can the world?

Expect an uninterrupted progression of minor throwbacks to the Stone Age flowing just below the major ones, like ICE detainees being shot up, invasions of less powerful counties, etc. The only organized force that could stop it decided to wait it out till 2028. While you live in Hell. Or, die.

Each move to the right makes you more complicit. Stop playing "politics" in politics and actually represent the interests of the vast majority. Labour's turned out to be the best friend Reform ever had but never asked for. If moving right worked to win votes The U.S. Dems would be in power. Lesson.

Last time many Americans bled was a sewing accident. Many have never experienced daily direct violence, and accept relatively peaceful lives while economically and in the realm of civil rights they are already in prison. The Dems help to maintain this denial, this illusion of safety, same as Reps.
