Went out for a bike ride in my neighborhood (NW #pasadena) and spotted several new #flock cameras. Several appeared to be positioned such that they include sidewalks and views toward duplexes and apartments.

@tobru, your post about Gitea Actions container builds was really helpful and introduced me to the drivers in buildx. Thanks!

Gitea Actions Container Builds
For a long time, I wanted to have a well-integrated Open-Source CI/CI Pipeline solution for my personal Gitea code hosting. There are many options out there (Drone, Woodpecker, Jenkins, Concourse, Screwdriver, and a lot more), but none of them made my day. Ever since Gitea Actions were announced, I

I'm trying to work through a MicroCeph (and Rook) installation on my #minirack and I feel like I'm losing my mind. The #ceph docs are a mix of nearly-trivial and extremely-complicated configurations.

I've been tinkering with booting Ubuntu 24.04 LTS from NVMe on my Pi 5, but had been running into a kernel panic that was really unintuitive to diagnose. Turns out, the Pi 5's EEPROM was old and updating to latest solved my issue […]

I really like writing recommendations and bragging on the fantastic people I've worked with. The puzzle of trying to effectively communicate how an acquaintance is awesome is a pretty good challenge.

Ooooh, my LED strip lamp is assembled and works great! It produces a nice diffuse arc of light around a work area, and is flexible and movable and dimmable 😁
