Unless I'm missing something, didn't the people who are criticising Farage *also* criticise that kind of BBC content? I dont understand the charge of double-standards here - it seems pretty consistent to me, especially as, like you say, Farage is being accused of even worse.

Also, haven't writers like this spent the last 10 years insisting that this stuff wasn't "lamentable", it was either misunderstood, harmless, or just "the way things were them"?
