I’m all for whatever promotes women’s wrestling. The ladies were held back for too long.

I like Mariah a lot and agree about her return but I think she’s peaked in AEW. She’s had the best feud for the women’s title in history. There’s no women’s tag titles and the TBS title is a downgrade.

Plus if the WWE rumors are true, she’s probably got a foot out the door anyway.

It’s also a great placeholder to get to Mercedes/Toni but I still think it cheapens the tournament somewhat

Could be. I feel Toni/Mariah had the perfect ending and Mercedes vs Toni is the best money match the women have right now so they’re cashing in when they can.

I loathe Tony Hinchcliffe and his hack show but I kinda wanna see Heyman do stand-up. If anyone in WWE seems like a natural it’s him.
