Today I was finally able to find the loose disc I was missing to complete my copy of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection. Which makes it game #640 in my quest to collect every Xbox 360 game released in the PAL region.

So, apparently Microsoft won't be distributing any more consoles in Scandinavia, and the few retailers with leftover stock have raised their prices to ridiculous heights.
This is the current price for a Xbox Series X 1TB at the moment, which is about $1,100 converted from NOK.
