Setting him up for a win right now is a bad idea.

Holding his ass to the fire in Court has been the top producer of whatever results are available.

Local and State Governments have money from taxes that should be building subsidized rental and co-op purchase housing.

Letting governments suck up that money and expecting no prigrams back creates homelessness that depending on second homes or in-house suites will never fix.
