Made a limited ingredient attempt at mapo tofu today :0
It's certainly not perfect or like, correct, but it tasted good lol
I used gochujang, chili oil, sesame seed oil, cornstarch, mirin, bell peppers, soy sauce, msg, oyster sauce, tofu, beef, and green onion

After all of this back and forth I mentioned on stream about LLMs and AI and stuff, I realize it all boils down to a very simple thing.
