It's not that he finds the typical stuff and conventually attractive people ugly. Mostly just a little boring. He likes some grit. He likes contrast.

What he does find ugly is demon worship. It's absolutely revolting to him. He's seen the Abyss, he knows demons. Mortals should have better taste.

Minthara - She immediately reminds him of his aunts. She is intelligent. Knows what she wants and how to get it. He respects her a lot. They share a culture after all. And she broke free of the demon spider!

Halsin - There is no way in Faerûn he immune to this man's charms. He could seek more power or show more bloodlust. But, fuck it, he's not after a relationship. Whatever. He /will/ climb that tree.

Wyll - Warlock to warlock, he knows he was in a situation and all, but he should have sought out someone with a little more power to borrow. Just saying. Full offense to Mizora.

Has a preference for Wyll sacrificing his own father. For reasons. Obvious reasons. Actually they also shouldn't talk.

Shadowheart - He finds her secretive and shady and thinks that is a smart move in mixed company. The whole serving a god thing he kinda gets as a warlock, but he thinks someone who you can rework a contract with is a smarter move.

Has a preference for Justiciar Shadowheart.

Lae'zel - Finally, someone who gets it. Her cutting to the chase and bloodlust and no nonsense is very, very attractive. Though he thinks she could become even greater if she were to leave the Githyanki and serve herself.

Karlach - He understands not wanting to serve an Archdevil as a war machine, but he's sure if she would just play the game she could work her way up in the Hells. He finds her sheer strength is very attractive.

They probably shouldn't talk actually. He's going to get his ass beat.

Gale - He finds him a bit overly verbose. But then again so is M. And R. So he's used to standing there at at the very least pretending to listen. He is understanding of Gale's ambition.

God Gale requires the crown. He doesn't think that R needs it per se, but he'd rather not see it near Mystra.

Astarion - He finds him intriguing (who doesn't). A's situation isn't ideal but he seems crafty enough to find a way out of it. Finds his bloodlust attractive.

Has a preference for Ascended Astarion. Not that he knows the souls are owed to M. But that's icing on the cake.
