It's more so the complexity of developing and supporting an app across diff versions.

It's *already* a pain to support diff phones (sizes, perf, iOS vs Android) but then when you add versions of the OS you multiply everything.

Some features don't even exist in some prev OSes. It's just scale.

You can set up what they map to in the keyboard/shortcuts settings of CSP itself. Just like how you'd rebind a regular keyboard shortcut

I don't think you have access to more customisation though, it's essentially extra keyboard keys

It depends on the level of customisation and narrative involvement of the game for me.

If the guys are my custom guys that I set up the class/stats/whatever myself, randomly generated is fine

If there is any amount of narrative I prefer having set and nanedcharacters
