(I don't want to tag him again since he already saw this when I started posting art on the internet. This one is just an old piece that meant a lot to me and I just had to include it in my art journey profile.)

I could go on forever about my sentiment towards it. So, I'm reposting this piece again, as a tribute and a milestone. I hope whenever I look back at this piece, I remember why I draw and why I keep going, even if the journey is still far from finished.

Since I've posted this art, my life changed. I found a place where I can show my feelings for the things I cherish, using my passion for drawing. I felt more comfortable enjoying niche, unpopular interests of mine and learnt to be free with it.

That midnight, I saw that notification that he has interacted and commented. I was so thrilled. My post was shared around and everyone reacted so positively. I even got my hands on some merch of his second album, The Glory Days, that I treasure dearly. It was a fun time to look back on.

I thought that posting on [the platform that's popular in my country] wasn't enough that I had to make a Twitter account, since he was most active there when I made this art. I posted it, tagged him, and got one of the greatest turning point of my life.

I spent so much time working on this piece. I remember staying up late on many nights to draw. I've talked to my friend and asked for feedback to polish it as much as I could, all to show my love and gratitude for one of the most influential person of my life.

I want to tell him how much his music changed me over 1 year. I didn't know how to get him to hear my words, but then I thought, "I'm going to do what I do best. I'm going to draw."

And things started changing.

Big Giant Circles' music was so unique when I found him through Just Shapes & Beats. I've never heard of this genre before, and I absolutely loved it. I love that game and its soundtrack. I would have his songs on repeat everyday.
