Online retailers don’t operate this way. Once the payment is applied, the pre-authorization should automatically clear.
Customer support told me it could be 7-10 days for them to process the clear. That is absolutely insane.

Holy hell this is dense. I’m not saying I’m owed anything. I’m saying the game has been rigged against us since we’ve been of employment age. I’m not asking for anything other than the same opportunities generations before me got.

Nobody is stoping the boomers from picking up a part time job or volunteering. But they’re blocking everyone behind them from the same opportunities they had.
