Thanks for the suggestion! I couldn't find waxed twine in the colour I wanted, but I did find sewing thread wax, so I'll get some of that and try it on the twine and see if that helps!

I plan to make a bunch of them with different themes, but thought I'd start with a classic boarded up door 😄
