i remember Sam used to pop up every so often on Twitter years ago, to me he always came across as fake

it’s so much more obvious now though, the guy is a total charlatan, real enemy of life stuff

i mean i don’t even post there, i used to years ago, anyway maybe this will be healthier for me

Gustavo, I know you read a lot of programming books, I’m trying to build the habit myself - out of interest roughly how long does it take you to read a ~700 page one? I feel like my progress is a bit slow

also not enough is said for these ‘serious’ podcasters/bloggers like Dwarkesh, Dylan Patel etc., who are clearly pushing the hype while appearing superficially impartial
