Writing my life away

Writing shortens my day. When I’m lost in the process, time flies and hours seem like minutes. So, why do I choose an endeavor that seemingly shortens life? Because it brings me joy. I gladly trade 3 hours of mundane for 1 hour of joy.

If you knew your readers wanted more spice, or blood and gore, or less, would you accommodate?

At what point do you decide the world’s a bunch of silly shit so you move to a cabin in the woods?

But the cabin’s listed at a half mill and in a fire zone… unless you built it yourself and have you seen the price of lumber?

A nice tent perhaps—but shit the bears! Tents in shreds from bears!
