Okay but my argument here is if they can say you can’t play katakuri and linlin in blue/purple luffy, why couldn’t they just ban Otama from Nami.

100% Agree. I loved her play style just because she was so different from every other leader. And with her being locked to just East Blue is so frustrating. Very much unnecessary.
