Carriers are necessary, not only do they do damage, but they can also spot better than the DD that decided to go behind a rock where they cannot spot anything or just run in and die, thus preventing information from the rest of the team.

Time except for ships like Ark Royal, Which I think for the British wargaming had the right idea of having planes be pretty slow, making it so that way you couldn't just hit the same guy multiple times within a minute, granted I think that there is a balance though If carriers were balanced that way

Do regenerate a little bit more than they should, Which does kind of mean that, although I think it would be fine for earlier tiers For people to get used to it later, tiers should not be as fast, like Kaga feels like it never runs out of aircraft even on the Kaga end, granted she has a lot of

Selecting targets and not getting shot down by AA is actually kind of hard, easy against some Nations like Japan or Spain, But Cruisers tend to be pretty standard with their difficulty being difficult with the Americans being the hardest ones, And for anybody that says AA needs

Flexible and innovative (even if Rail guns and Ion weapons came from the Votann the Tau have basically made their own version at this point and improved on them in some aspects... even if it hurts to admit as I love the Votann) are the Tau's biggest advantage over other factions

I honestly kinda like to imagine the Imperium as the Roman empire with their force of over 80,000 vs the Tau who certain commanders could be considered like Hannibal who with good tactics won with an estimated 50,000
